Bio Book
Each year, Joe self-publishes a bio book highlighting 25-30 impressive up-and-coming Black, Latinx and AAPI director candidates that he has met in the past 12 months and distributes it to over 300 recruiters and board chairs in the US and the UK.
He has worked with Black Corporate Board Readiness, the Latino Corporate Directors Association, and Ascend Pinnacle to source candidates.
Joe believes that if he can use his relationships and access to create opportunities for others, everybody wins.
